1 szklanka mąki
1 szklanka jogurtu
1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
1/4 łyżeczki soli

Jak zrobić chlebek:

1. Wymieszaj mąkę z proszkiem do pieczenia i solą
2. Dodaj do mąki jogurt naturalny, wyrób zwarte ciasto
3. Ciasto uformuj w gruby wałek, potnik na kawałki. Z każdego kawałka zrób kulkę i rozwałkuj ją na cieńki placek
4. Smaż placki na suchej patelni. Uważaj, żeby się nie przypaliły. Chlebek będzie puchł jak pita. Kiedy zdejmiesz go z patelni po chwili chlebek opadnie, ale jest to jak najbardziej w porządku.
